ஐரோப்பிய சமூகத்தில் வாழும் இளைய தலைமுறை பற்றிய எமது புரிதல் என்ன ? இந்தக் கேள்வி பலமுறை எம்முள் எழுந்து மறையும். குறிப்பாக இரட்டைக்கலாச்சாரச் சூழலுக்குள் வாழும் நம்மவர்கள் இதில் எவ்வளவு தெளிவாக இருக்க வேண்டியது அவசியம் ? அவ்வாறு இருக்கின்றோமா ? என்பது போன்ற கேள்விகளும் தொடர்ந்து எழுந்த வண்ணமிருக்கும்.
1995 ம் ஆண்டு சூரிச்சில் பிறந்த பெண்ணான Lea Bloch ன் இயக்கத்தில் உருவான Letzte Nacht (Last Night ) குறும்படத்தை லோகோர்னோ சர்வதேச திரைப்படவிழாவின் குறுந்திரைப்படப்பிரிவில் பார்வையிட்ட போது முதற்பந்தியில் குறிப்பிட்ட அதே கேள்விகள் மீண்டும் எழுந்தன.
Letzte Nacht 15 நிமிடங்கள் திரையில் ஒடும் ஒரு குறுந்திரைப்படம். சுவிஸ் - ஜேர்மன் மொழியிலான இப் படத்திற்கு ஆங்கிலமொழியிலான உப தலைப்புடன் பார்க்க முடிந்தது. இருவேறு இடங்களில் உள்ள ஆண், பெண் நண்பர்களின் உரையாடலிலேயே காட்சியும் கதையும் நகர்கிறது. அவர்களது உரையாடல் கடந்த இரவு நடபெற்ற ஒரு பார்ட்டி குறித்தும், அதன் பின் ஒரு இளைஞனுக்கும் யுவதிக்கும் இடையில் ஏற்பட்ட உறவு நிலை குறித்தும் மிகவும் கேளிக்கையும், வேடிக்கையுமாகத் தொடங்குகிறது அந்த உரையாடல். அது தொடர்ந்து போகையில் அந்தப் பெண்ணும், அந்த இளைஞனும், தங்களது உறவில் தவறு நிகழ்ந்து விட்டதாக உணர்வதும், அது குறித்து நண்பர்கள் வருத்தப்படுவதுமாக மாறுகிறது. அவ்வாறு மாறுகையில் அவர்களது கேளிக்கை மறைந்து நட்பின் பொறுப்புணர்வு குறித்த புரிதலும் பகிர்தலும் எழுகிறது. பெருங் காட்சி அமைப்புக்கள் ஏதுமின்றி ஒரு மேசையில் சுற்றிவர அமர்ந்திருக்கும் நண்பர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரது முகத்திலும் எழும் உணர்வுகளின் மாறுதல்களை ஒரு மென் கவிதைபோலக் காட்சிப்படுத்துகிறது கமெரா.
இருவர் விருப்பத்துடன் நடைபெறும் ஒரு பாலுறவு எந்தக் கணத்தில் பலாத்காரமாக, வன்புணர்வாக மாறக் கூடும் என்பது தொடர்பான தெளிவான புரிதலையும், பகிர்தலையும், செய்தியையும், மூலக்கருவாக கொண்டது இக் கதைப்பிரதி. பல குடும்பங்களில் பெரியவர்களிடமே காணப்படாத பாலுறவு தொடர்பான புரிதல் அந்த இளைஞர்களிடத்தில் பேசப்படுகிறது. இவ்வாறான திரைக்கதையில், பாலுறவுக்காட்சி ஒன்றினை வலிந்து திணிக்கும் சினிமாப்பாணிகள் அற்று, வன்புணர்வு தொடர்பான ஆழமான புரிதலை ஏற்படுத்துவதில் வெற்றி காண்கிறது இக் கதைப்பிரதி. அந்த வெற்றியை மேலும் வலுவாக்குகிறது நடிகர்களின் புரிந்துணர்வான முகபாவங்கள்.இக்கலந்துரையாடல்களை மேலும் செழுமைப்படுத்துகிறது, Alterne எடிட்டிங் முறையிலான படத்தொகுப்பும் நெறியாள்கையும்.

அந்த நம்பிக்கை லொகார்னோ 76 சர்வதேச திரைப்பட விழாவில், தேசியளவிலான குறும்படப்பிரிவில் முதல் பரிசாக தங்கச் சிறுத்தை விருதினையும், சிறந்த சுவிஸ் புதுமுக இயக்குனருக்கான விருதினையும், இளம் இயக்குனர் Lea Bloch க்கிற்குப் பெற்றுக் கொடுத்துள்ளது. செய்தித் தொடர்பாடல் கல்வியில், இளங்கலைமானிப் பட்டம் பெற்று, சுவிஸ் தேசிய தொலைக்காட்சியில் நிகழ்ச்சித் தயாரிப்பாளராக இருக்கும் Lea Bloch பெற்றிருக்கும் இந்த வெற்றி வாய்ப்பு இலகுவில் அவருக்குக் கிடைத்துவிடவில்லை. தயாரிப்புக்கான உதவிகள் எதுவும் கிடைக்காத சூழலில், தன் நண்பர்களது உதவிகளுடன், தன் திறமை மீதான நம்பிக்கையுடன் முன்னெடுத்த முயற்சி வெற்றி கண்டிருக்கிறது.

Letzte Nacht - (Last Night) A Swiss short film (In German language) became the youngest hope in Locarno film festival which sworn two golden leopard awards for best Swiss short film and Best Swiss Newcomer Award for Lea Bloch.
What is our understanding of the younger generation living in European society? This question may comes up and disappears many times. Especially those of us who live in a bicultural environment, how clear is it necessary to be? Are we so? Questions like that will continue to arise.
The same questions arose when I showed the short film Letzte Nacht (Last Night) directed by Lea Bloch, born in Zurich in 1995, in the Swiss short film section of the Locarno International Film Festival.
Letzte Nacht is a short film that sticks to the screen for 15 minutes. The story moves through the conversation of two groupe of friends. Male and female friends in two different places. Their conversation starts off very funny and fun about a party that happened last night and then about the first time sexual relationship between a young man and a young woman. As it continues, both of those young woman and young man, feel that something has gone wrong in their relationship, and their friends become upset about it. As their fun fades, an understanding and sharing of the responsibilities of friendship emerges. The camera displays the changing emotions on each face like a soft poem.
This script is based on a clear or unclear understanding, sharing and message regarding the moment when a consensual sex can turn into rape. At such a moment, without forcing a visual scene related to sex, this script succeeds in establishing a deep understanding of rape without any such scene. That success is further strengthened by the Crystal clear facial expressions of the actors. These are further enriched by the cinematography and editing.
This film silently responds to the common sense that youngsters similar to this characters are irresponsible. We can understand that not only in our society, but also in European society, especially at a time when lot of events on this raised and emerging that domestic violence has increased, this short film, which talks about the understanding of the younger generation, gives great hope for our children’s thinking.
This belief earned two golden leopard awards for Lea Bloch at 76th Locarno film festival. Lea Bloch, who holds a bachelor's degree in communication studies and working for Swiss national television, has not come to this success easily. In an environment where no direct financial helps available for the federal or state funding for the her production work, with the help of his friends, his efforts with confidence in his ability have seen success.
